I recommend reaching out to me at the beginning of your 2nd trimester. This ensures you can get my on calendar (I only take 3 newborns per month) and take advantage of my payment plans,

STEP TWO: Book & choose your newborn collection
Once you're ready to book your newborn session, let me know and I will send over the booking info.
This is when you'll reserve your session date on my calendar (which typically takes place within 5-15 days after baby is born) and select your newborn package (choose baby only, family lifestyle, or a combination of both)!

STEP THREE: Baby is born!
Now we wait for baby to arrive!
Send me an email when you've either gotten an induction/c-section date from your doctor, have gotten admitted to the hospital to deliver baby, OR just let me know within 24 hours after baby is here.
We can adjust our original session date as needed to ensure baby is within the 5-15 day old window.

STEP FOUR: Session prep
Before your session day, I'll send you a digital copy of my Newborn Prep Guide.
This session guide includes information on how to prep your baby for their newborn session to ensure they're sleepy, tips on how to coordinate outfits (if your package includes family photos), and a session checklist.

STEP FIVE: Session day!
Arrive a few minutes early to the studio. That will give you time to feed and change baby before we begin.
Once we begin our session, you are welcome to sit back and watch me pose and photograph your newborn. I hope you're able to enjoy every moment of your baby's newborn session!

STEP SIX: Gallery delivery
After our session, I'll share a sneak peek image from our time together on social media (Facebook or Instagram).
Your newborn gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks of your session date (but typically it's a LOTTTT quicker than that).

Since I became a mom, I value photos of my family so much more. Especially, our own newborn photos.
I don't remember much from those first few weeks of my son's life, because most of the hours in my day were spent feeding, changing, cleaning, and snuggling him. I don't think I slept more than 4 hours each night - if that.
But when I am able to look at the walls of our home that are filled with photos from his newborn session, it brings me back to when he was precious little newborn.

Where are you located?

How long will it take to receive my images?
I don't like my clients to wait long for their images. I promise images within 4 weeks of our session, but most of the time galleries are delivered within 2 weeks.

What if I want a maternity session?
I like to photograph my maternity sessions when mom is between 28-32 weeks along. I offer a discount on maternity sessions when a newborn session is also booked.
